Stop emailing to inactive prospects in your database! By removing or no longer marketing to inactive people in your database, you will improve your sender reputation and ultimately help to increase your delivery rates. The people no longer engaging with emails could end up becoming spam traps and hu...
We had a similar issue (not as bad) a couple of months ago, our CSM was able to create cases on our behalf.
Deciding which vendor to go with will depend on your needs and what you want from the service. I would suggest reaching out to several vendors to determine which ones fit your needs and then do some research on the reviews for each. There is plenty of information in the community on many of the diff...
Kulsoom,On24 is what we use and we really like using it. Annually we put on about 125-150 live and recorded webinars. One of the benefits of using On24 is the integration with Marketo. Support got back to me saying that they think the issue is due to a backlog in our campaign queue, which makes sense. The only problem is that I can still see leads in the "People in Wait Step" on the smart campaign when Support is saying that they are making it through the wait step. Has anyone see...
The leads were somehow stuck in the wait step, but eventually pushed through the next morning. I am unsure as to why or how they got stuck and what made them move through that but I will continue to work with support and relay their answers back here for insight.
