Thanks for the information. If a lead starts in Stream 1 and receives email #1 and #2, then moves to Stream 2 and starts receiving emails, if they move back to Stream 1 they will pick up with email #3 correct?

Hi Nam, did this work for you? I am looking to do something similar in an engagement campaign. I would like leads to be able to move freely from stream 2 back to stream 1.

We are currently using SFDC extensively for reporting. Although, I have been also tasked with learning more about Marketo's RCA reporting capabilities in 2016. Interested to hear what everyone else is doing!

Make sure that under "Email Settings" in the email editor, "Publish to Marketo Sales Insight" is selected for each email.

I used the practice exam quite a bit and was able to pass the MCE exam on my first try with an 88%. I would definitely recommend to use that when preparing. Good luck!!

My MCE exam is scheduled for tomorrow. The practice exams seem to be helpful. I've been getting 85%-95% on those so hopefully the actual exam is relatively similar.

I agree, we typically send right away. If we have any additional actions in the flow step we will add a wait step to give that information time to sync to Salesforce.

If the alert was not successfully sent it would show an error on the activity log. Had the same issue that the alert/task were sending out before it was assigning a Lead Owner and had to throw in a wait step.
