Firefox is my primary browser so that explains why I've had trouble with it in this regard. Thanks again, Sandy!
Thanks for that explanation! Is that true of all browsers? It seems to me I have experienced inconsistency using incognito to get around the fact that I'm known - in testing other things besides progressive profiling - but I can't remember and specifics at the moment. That's why I have gone the rout...
Yes but with Incognito/Private/InPrivate, it's not clear to me if all browsers behave the same way. If Incognito means cookies are blocked, doesn't that make you unknown again the second time you visit the LP?
Hi Tammy,If you hover over my picture you'll see (one of) my email address(es). Feel free to contact me directly and I'll be glad to answer that question!Denise
But you CAN build logic to push the lead forward through from an earlier stage to a stage further down the success path. For example, using your screenshot, you can code so that if someone in Suspect's Lifecycle Status is changed to Sales Accepted, they will be pushed all the way through from Suspec...
Hi Megan,Progressive Profiling is kind of tricky to test for yourself because you are a known user to Marketo. So to test PP properly what I tend to do is use a browser I don't ordinarily user and clear all the cookies and cache first. Then go to the test LP and fill in the form as a new test lead -...
Hi Tammy - The RCM will execute the stage transitions dictated by triggers inside the directional arrows. However, the directional arrows can only move a person between 2 stages. So if, in your first example, the person is not in the Lead Nurture stage the directional arrow can't move her to MQ.RCMs...
Hi Kevin,Marketo doesn't distinguish between Lead Owner and Contact Owner. Where the Marketo UI says "Lead" that means lead or contact. The Sales Owner is the person who owns the person record regardless of whether it's a Lead or a Contact.Denise
Hi Grant - That's a good suggestion (between with a very low boundary). It wouldn't have worked for me in this instance though because I needed "in past before 1 hour."Please vote for the warning in the UI idea here: Thank you,Denise
Grégoire Michel, Sanford Whiteman - I modified my idea to just ask Marketo to comment the filter rather than change the logic because of Sandy's note. Please vote for it!
