Hi Alejandro,Just look at the gray canvas area to the right of the program to see if the Salesforce Campaign Sync shows the name of a Salesforce Campaign. If it says "not set", as in the screenshot below, the Marketo Program is NOT synced (linked) to an SFDC Campaign.Incidentally, if you create a Ma...
Hi Huihsing,Re: "Can SFDC/Marketo stop these new contacts/leads synced over to Marketo till SFDC team feel like the data load is good and ready?"You can create a custom sync filter with Marketo's help that will prevent Leads/Contact from syncing to Marketo if it's checked (e.g., "Do Not Sync to Mark...
Hi All -Here is the promised information as a result of our escalated support case. It turns out that our Marketo instance has Multi-batch queuing enabled. With MBQ, the objects sync simultaneously so the sync order shown above (and also documented here - by the way: https://nation.marketo.com/docs/...
I've noticed the same thing Dan calls out - about the missing information. But I do use Skye occasionally for the saved filter set capability. I just select the saved filter set and then go back to the regular UI to continue.Denise

In particular, once Marketo ...
Just to answer your literal question - you can create rules in SFDC to block duplicate creation. This will cause the Marketo attempt to sync the lead to SFDC to fail. Let me know if you'd like details on this. However, as has been pointed out above, this doesn't entirely solve your problem because y...
Hey Josh Hill -Regarding the Comms Limits which you mentioned need 3-6 hours. This isn't an issue for the Engagement Programs because no one is in more than one. However, my client sends webinar invitations periodically to the same audience as is in the Engagement Programs and they don't want to the...
Hi Michael,Well, sure - because the person with the two COs qualifies for that logic. This is similar to dealing with logic based around Opportunities (say you want something to happen when an Opportunity is closed:lost - but only if the person has not other open Opportunities). Because someone can ...
Hi Mike,Thanks very much. I have just done so. In the meantime, I wonder if you remember enough to just clarify something for me. If the above is correct - which bullet point includes pulling new Contacts that were created. In my (unfortunately sketchy) notes from a year ago, what I wrote down was t...
