Hi Gordon,as a workaround, there are 2 ways to trigger on score changes. You can use "score is changed" or "Data value changes". And the later has more options, especially "new value" and "old value".-Greg

Hi Leila,Yes it will : it will create a cast for today, meaning that if a lead has already received 2 emails, he/she will receive the 3rd one today.The recommendation here is to set the new start date as close as possible to what would have been the next cast anyway.-Greg
