Hi Trend,I would rather manage that with a trigger in salesforce, as you will have to finely pilot the contact conversion. The Marketo "convert lead" flow step is rather rudimentary, IMHO, and will not enable you to pilot whether the lead should convert into a Person Account of not.-Greg
