No. There is no "new person created" activity on a lead conversion, if the conversion is done using SFDC standard process and if Marketo has access to the newly created contact.-Greg

Agreed on the connections. Not only with Analytics but also with the social tools and the DMP. Marketo customers would strongly benefit from a well integrated social publications / monitoring platform and from some regargeting capabilitiers outside of owned media.

And also, if you use workspaces and partitions, make sure that you are searching for the person in the proper partition. Better search from a workspace that can access all the partitions. You should have such a workspace, if the setup is done correctly.-Greg
