Hi Shelly,the "ignore limit" applies only to emails sent by the smart campaign, not to the streams.Look into the activity log of one of the persons who was supposed to receive a EP email and did not, you shoujld see the communication limit warning.-Greg

Hi again David,I suggest you create 1 new static list, name it "passed imports". In the end of flow of the batch smart campaign, add 2 steps : 1 remove from list (import list) and 1 add to list (passed imports).Each week use the same "import list".-Greg

Hi Matt,Once the field has been created in Marketo, you need to go to admin-> Revenue Cycle Analytics and hit the "custom field sync" tab on the top of the screen. There, you will be able to sync your new field with RCE datamart. It will take 24 hours after this to show up in RCE.-Greg
