But that doesn't show the time that people opened. That's what I need.Thank you
So I want to export the list of opens by time of day. There are a total of 164,557, but Marketo is exporting into Excel vs. CSV and only 20,000 are pulling in. 😞Is there any way to get the export to export into a CSV file or to be able to pull this information in a different way?Thank you

Hi Josh, Can you explain more?
I'm testing an approach to throttle out a large mailing. I had a test group set up this way (deploying 25% over a 4 hour period) - but the last group did not send. Can anyone tell me what I've missed in my set up?
I'm looking for an easy way that would report the number of overall emails sent by year (not people sent to - just the number of emails we sent last year)? Thanks for your help.
I think the Marketo server is down. I just deployed emails and none of the links are working. However just an hour before I sent the tests and links were working. The code is correct (to our site) but the emails sent today (and previously) have links that are not functioning. This is critical!
I know I can pull a smart list to identify the # of people that clicked a certain link from an email - by date of activity, but is there a way to pull a report that would reflect date and time clicked?Thank you.
We want to reduce our database with people that we consider inactive, but we don't want to lose their actvity log history. Is there a way to do this - or even a third party option?Thank you.
I believe we have the add-on for Email Deliverability tool - but how do I access it?
