Thank you Grace and Balkar. We do not have RCE, so I had to export relevant data and do analysis in excel. I agree I would love to get any insight including new factors, but I am only able to look at the segmentations that have already been set up.

When you upload as list into Marketo and an email is associated to 2 different people, how does Marketo decide which one it appends to? Both leads were already in Marketo database, entered in on same day 2 years ago. Email was addressed to Susan, but should have been Doug.

Is there a limit of the number of templates you can have sitting in you Marketo Message Outlook plugin? I don't believe so, but looking for confirmation either way. Thanks.
