Dont you have Lead and Contact fields mapped to Marketo Friendly fields to be used on forms?We use Tasks for returning Known leads/Contacts filling out a 'Trial dwonload' or 'Contact me now' froms so that Reps action on them as if they are net new.

I'm having similar issue on using tokens inside the text area.Did both a test email and smart campaign to send me the email. The test email just displayed the token {{my.Live-Event Name:default=edit me}} The campaign email did not display the value of the token.
