Why would sales not want to see what their customers are interested in?As Dory states, they can be created but not visible on your SFDC Users layout views based on thier role hierarchy.

Your getting errors because your campaign status does not match with your program status. You will need to map them exactly.

Last time I was told that that area is not custom and its going to be just First,Last name only.I think it's just email is needed, then it will populate first/last name tokens.
That's correct Dan.On a similar note, I remember a while back when My Tokens was launched. I used a link inside a text token for a few emails, that link would not populate in the Clicks link in email to be selected from the multiple chooser. Not sure if that's still the case now.

Looks like your email is not set with a defined px width and more likey has a % width. Which means that the content will determin the width and stretch out.Ask your designers to lock that down and templatize your emails so that the structure of your emails will not break when adding content.
