A quick way would be to create a smart list with email address filter and copying the emails in the values. If your smart list returns leads, that means those contacts are already in your system.

Well, as long as they are valid emails, we don't delete them as we still might send them operational emails regarding service/transactions etc. You also risk losing all their activity logs in case they ever choose to "re-subscribe".

Hi,Have you looked at different permission sets/page layouts for different user profiles in SFDC? I don't think this is something possible via Marketo.~Sonali
