GoToWebinar and ReadyTalk are generally what I recommend (from a Marketo point of view). I have used ON24 and Webex as well.

Which version of the text editor are you using the newer on or the legacy?I have seen issues when using the newer one.If you are using the new one switch back to the legacy one and see if your problem persists.You can do this via Admin>Email>Edit Test Editor SettingHope this is helpful.Jason
