We only want to use lead assignment rules in SFDC for net new leads that go into the system. Should I be adding a choice to the sync flow to say - If create date is in the past 20 minutes use auto assignments otherwise do nothing. Is "create at" the correct attribute to use?
It's not blocked from any updates. I can find the "Source" field and it's showing it's linked to the lead source fiels on the lead and contact in SFDC. I'm wondering if there is a workflow in SFDC that's causing the problems.
Where would I be able to check to see if the field is blocked from updating?
We recently implemented SFDC and are writing data into the lead source field in SFDC. Right now the field is only editable by admin users and is a drop down type. We have our flows set up to change the data value of that field when a lead is synced with SFDC. The issue is that it doesn't seem to be ...
I'm setting up some interesting moments as well as program status changes based on viewing web pages on our website. When I add the campaign and trigger to say webpage IS and put the url I get the red squiggle underline saying the entry isn't valid. If I put contains then it seems to work however it ...

I'm finding that when the record sync's the sales alert campaign send the email and isn't able to place the token.Shou...
It does look like it's an issue in SFDC. I haven't been able to track down the specific workflow as or yet but still hunting.
We are just implementing Marketo and testing the sync with SFDC. I've sent a few records over and it looks like the first form fill ends up logging itself in the activity history but subsequent form fills aren't updating in the activity history. Is this expected?
In the activity log it's showing that it's changing the data value from [null] to what we defined and then another trigger is changing it back from the lead source value to null.
I've seen this working before. Right now we are implementing Marketo and have a "change data value" on our forms to update the lead source. In Marketo we've added unique identifiers in the lead source but in testing the lead sources we defined in Marketo aren't coming through in SFDC. It's populatin...
