It would be nice to be able to preview how landing pages and emails will appear on various devices such as tablets, mobile, desktop, etc.
Michael, have you considered using a new form (cloned) for each campaign?

Hi David,Are you looking to create original content or curate content?I haven't installed NewsCred but from what I know they are great at curating content. If that's your goal, it seems like that would be a good solution for you.

Marketo will de-dupe leads based on the email address field. If a lead uses multiple email addresses, you'll want to de-dupe based on other fields like full name. Marketo makes this easy from the "Possible Duplicates" smart list in the Lead Database.
They do not as far as I'm aware. There are plenty of applications that can do this in the backend, however. Take a look at FloatingApps or Yesware.
