Unfortunately, this is not available at this time, but there is a workaround discussed here.
Also, I think that turning off some of the Activities such as Email Sent in the Sync Options menu (under Admin - Integration - Salesforce) will help performance. I'm not certain of this, but it seemed to help. Besides, it saves on API calls and storage space in SFDC.

Grant,I'd suggest you perform an audit on the fields syncing over from SFDC to Marketo. Support can help identify the fields that are syncing the most data. Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way other than to turn on "Email Sent" in the Sync Options in the Admin section and it sounds like you just want the activity logged for these specific emails, not everything sent from Marketo.

Hi Lauren,What I'd do is make sure you have a constraint in there that the previous value is less than 50. That way you'll only alert reps when the Leads pass the 50 threshold, rather than your current set-up.
