This sounds positive. Currently our instance is in Marketo's data centre located in the UK will it continue to be located in the UK when it is moved to Google Cloud Platform? - I believe they do have servers located in the UK.ThanksGiles

If they have the little Marketo logo they are Marketo emails. MSI in MSD also displays sales emails - these can be sent from MSI in MSD using the Send Marketo Email button to contact/s or using Outlook and using the Marketo plugin.

Yes that will work but worth checking what scoring sales insight is using to determine flames and stars.

You could change the Account Owner of employees so they do not appear in Sales Team Best Bets and/or as you say remove them from any scoring and interesting moments that are used by Marketo Sales Insight.
