Here are two existing ideas already related to this. In fact, the one idea shouldn't be categorized as "already have it" since the intention was to create a capability that's described here: batch A/B testing in Default programs without having to use the Email Program.

I would love to see some of the advanced email analytics contained natively in Marketo vs. having to use a separate service like Litmus.
