Here's another variation that focuses on a single account/company. This is a sample from the email reports available with EmailOnAcid. Many stand-alone email service providers - like Campaign Monitor - offer similar reports.

Hi Greg - we finally got this resolved. Apparently LOOKUP Munctions are separate from REGULAR Munctions. We needed support to turn on LOOKUP Munctions for us. See the bottom of this thread for more detail: Syncing "friendly" custom entity values from MS Dynamics CRM
No extra fee involved. That's only if you went with the service that Rajesh mentioned. We're doing this solely with the custom sync entity, munctions and smart campaigns.
