So here is my example:Say I have 1000 people in my stream and I have 6 emails I want to drip to them with a cadence of 1 email per week. Then I have a market manager request that for a particular subset of those 1000 people, lets say 200, they get a 7th email in between emails 2 and 3. I can create ...
I've used default programs in Nurture streams before, but its been awhile and I cannot remember how the stream treats the program. What I mean is for those leads that do not qualify for the program during the cast, do they skip getting content that cast or do they get bumped down to the next asset i...
If you haven't already, I think you might need to submit a support ticket. I checked on one of our hidden fields and its not showing up as expected. The only difference between the hidden field I was looking at is ours was not mapped. So that might be why it is still showing up, just a thought.
Basically I want to figure out how I can see which companies (specifically our named accounts) have been hitting our webpages lately and then identify their IP addresses for some specific ad targeting. Is this possible in Marketo?
This may not work at all, but just a quick thought. Could you not do a fills our form trigger with the specific form identified and then do a "not person was created" with a constraint of "form name: is not empty"? I attached a screen shot as well for visual reference. Again this may not help, but j...
Just to make sure I understand your question. You have an event program and you had a triggered campaign that triggered when a lead was added to a list? Then some flow steps to change data values to everyone added to the list? And then after you had it built, you had to go back and change some of th...
I tried to get some answers from our success rep, but wasn't able to get much other than the recommendation that we buy some consulting/support hours. So I wanted to see if I could get some help and answers from you all in the community. Some of these questions are rather basic and there may be answ...
Thanks for the answers! It helped me gain some insight. I think to the points made, I will need to eventually create our RCM. But at least for now I can focus more on the lead life cycle and lead scoring, and then move into the RCM. That will give me time later to research more about RCM and make a ...
Thanks, thats some great feedback and food for thought on the order. I especially like what you said about setting up the lifecycle first and getting everyone on the same page for stages and then just assigning scores to each stage.I am still struggling with the question of "if a RCM is even needed"...
Thanks for the reply. I know we have RCE, but from what I have learned it is not used really at all. We have a BI tool that is used for all analytics. So if we aren't really using RCE, then a revenue model isn't really relevant, did I understand that correctly?I do plan on getting lead scoring and l...
