What if the link is an image, such as a facebook icon at the bottom of your email with the URL that goes to your facebook page? Does it score because it is an image?Most of our newsletter is images with links.Thanks for your helpKarin

The shortened URL is actually a redirect on our website. That way it looks like it is going to our website vs the "info.matrix". Don't know if the redirect does the same thing as a short URL.Any info on that?Thanks,Karin

Kenny - just one more question.The name or id of the field do not have a space, such as: FirstNameI would like it to appear as First Name (with a space)How is that done since these are Marketo default fields.Thanks again,Karin
