We are having some clients say they are not receiving our newsletters. Here are some examples:

We send the newsletters out as emails - the above links are to a pdf version of the newsletters that allow Account Execs to send out individually if they want. We are not integrated with Salesforce.
The activity history on the contact record says things are delivered, but then nothing - no clicks, etc.
I suspect that the spam filter is grabbing it and sending it to junk mail and it is not getting through.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
