They can register for a visit 3 months in advance, 2 days in advance, etc., so wait steps will not work for reminder and follow-up emails since each person's duration from the time of and after the visit will vary.

Hi Jason,We are using the Advanced Email Template in My Templates. I have since heard from Support. The size of our images is hard-coded in the HTML, and the scaling code for mobile was inadvertently left out. I am letting our developers know.Thank you!Sarah
