    The goal is to be a maximum allowed, not a rule. We send 1, maximum 2 emails a week, but in specific cases we may need to send more (even though we can set it as operational, it does not apply to all situations) but we dont want more than 8 per month.     Hi Bianca,We would like to be able to set up 1 email per day and 3 emails per week, but also a limit of 8 emails per month (and be able to manage it in the future, in case we need to change)Thank you
