I'd reach out to Marketo Support and ask them. From this Customer Engagement Training webinar, that Members widget should have been replaced with the Exhaustion widget in the July 2013 release.
When you click on your Engagement Program, you will see "View" near the top left. If you switch it to Dashboard, you should be able to see the Exhaustion widget.

Not a problerm! It's a strange way of looking at merge leads, but it does make sense. Having a seperate filter and trigger for Lead Was Merged would be ideal. I found this idea if you want to vote it up (if you haven't already)
Hi Alisa,In your smart list, use the filter "Lead Was Created" and add the constraint on Min. Number of Times = 2 within your timeframe.See discussion here.
Hi Ayesha,I don't believe there is a way to set up something in Marketo to automatically merge leads (though there may be something to do this through LaunchPoint). You can find out more about what happens when leads are merging in SFDC vs. Marketo here.
