Hi, I want to retire an Engagemnet program as we're moving instances. How can I find out how many weeks I have to wait until every single lead is through the streams?

I'd reach out to Marketo Support and ask them.  From this Customer Engagement Training webinar, that Members widget should have been replaced with the Exhaustion widget in the July 2013 release.

That's odd. Where it says Members, it should have a chart that says "Exhaustion" with Casts Before Exchausted and the # of people in that Cast.

Try refreshing? Is there a gear icon that will change this? I don't have this on mine.

Thanks, but it doesn't appear in my dashboard. Only members and exhausted.

When you click on your Engagement Program, you will see "View" near the top left.  If you switch it to Dashboard, you should be able to see the Exhaustion widget.

We don't seem to have the exhaustion widget, so I'm missing this view. Or am I just too blind to find it. Is there another way of doing this?

Yep!

If you want to retire the Engagement sooner, you can just Pause everyone in the Engagement, port them over to the new instance (you may have to export the members and re-import them to the new Engagement), and reactivate it in the new instance.

Marketo can help you migrate the existing program over to the new instance.

Hi Anissa,

You can see how many weeks are left before all leads in your engagement program have become exhausted in the Engagement Program Dashboard
