Hi Ellie That is because your first 2 items are triggers - this means the smart campaign will run only when that action has been taken.Triggers cannot be filtered as they will run exclusively of each other - so in this example the campaign will run if the form filled out contains the top 2 names OR...

Hi Ellie, Does the lead activity log show a reason for this? It may say it cannot be changed to a previous status or similar. If you can add a screenshot or 2 of the flow step to change status and the skip being recorded I can take a peek to see if I can suggest anything.Thanks!
