I'm having this same problem again. Should I simply submit a support ticket? And can we get this fixed so that every time I try to create an archive, I don't have to go back and fix it?
Does Marketo have somewhere that I can see if my server is slow or down? I have not been able to send test emails for close to 2 hours now. We have an urgent email that has to go tomorrow that we're making changes to, but I can't see my changes with emails so it's causing a ton of problems.

Did you make sure that nothing else is checked? I know that I've had it where I thought that I unchecked everything else, but still had a random program marked so I got extra emails. I need to look into if there is an idea for adding an "uncheck all" to the analytics section when setting up a report...

Thank you, Josh! We actually spent hours last week trying to figure out what the "Description" field in SFDC was called in Marketo. I would never have thought it would be called Person Notes.
