OK, but what I"m saying is that it isn't fixing itself. The only way that it fixes is if I then go into admin and type in my GTW login again. I understand that it is sending you an API response, but then I don't get a correction back allowing the next registration to go through for a legitimate even...
Any ideas what causes it then? Or should I submit a support ticket the next time that it happens?
Hm... then are there any other ideas for why my GTW sync needs to be updated every week? This actually happens quite regularly where I need to retype my password, but nothing has changed in GTW.

It should be your progression status = no show to send that email and = attended to send the attended email. I think the exact wording is "Webinar > No Show" and "Webinar > Attended"
