Hey all! We are looking at cleaning up a few fields and by doing this, I want to move them into a field that syncs from our SFDC database that is a multi-select picklist. I want to make it so that it adds the new value to any existing values that were already in that field. So, if someone has value ...
You have to modify both of them separately. You can modify the program name within Marketo to get that to change and then modify the campaign name within SFDC. Once you modify the campaign name, it will sync back to Marketo and show appropriately.
So, I can only get this with a filter, not a trigger? Any suggestions on something I can use for the trigger? I would prefer not to set this up as a batch campaign.
I'm not seeing any of the custom fields from my cases in Marketo. My profile has access, the fields are on my page layout. Any ideas on what I'm missing?
Thanks! That seemed to work, but I don't seem to have a case is closed trigger. Does anyone do this with Marketo? Maybe I'm missing something. I have that a contact was added to a case, but nothing that would let me send something out once the case has been completed.

We want to set up campaigns so that when the case is closed emails go out and we'd prefer they are sent from Marketo versus in Salesforce. But we just implemented cases yesterday and I'm not seeing anything in Marketo to let me do t...

Once it is changed to a specific value, it kicks off SFDC workflows that send out alerts to owners & managers and such. Eventuall...
It happened with the update. Find the role that you have for whoever is having the problem and go into admin and add the option for "import list." We were having the same problem with a few of our custom roles and I found that this morning.
The problem that I have with doing it this way is it then shrinks my SFDC to be smaller than I want it to be. 😞
My only question is that are all of the spare leads that are bad in Salesforce? I know we have a lot that are not in Salesforce. So,if they aren't, you can delete them and have remove from SFDC = false and that won't hurt your API calls.
