If you go to your lead database and create any list and then hit export, choose all fields and then you'll have a .csv file with all the column headers.

I keep a spreadsheet in a shared location with others who may be receiving the auto-replies. Have them just copy and paste in the email addy as they come in. We go with the every 4 weeks x 5 touches, then a month off for non-responders and then back into a program.We also fast track those who are clicking in emails to every 2 weeks instead of every 4.
