We go with the every 4 weeks x 5 touches, then a month off for non-responders and then back into a program.We also fast track those who are clicking in emails to every 2 weeks instead of every 4.

You could build a form and then upon submit run a smart campaign that sends an email to the email address submitted on the form and then an alert email that gets sent to the sales person.
Mine seems to expand the folder structure just fine. However I'm only using one workspace.
