You wouldn't be able to track multiple statuses in the one Program, but you could set the different items at the same Status level so they could move back and forth between the statuses.

We do something similar to what Jay suggested. For most of our requests, we're just capturing the information in the short term to populate into an alert email, so there is no concern about over-writing the field in the long term.

We're working with AdRoll right now, too, and trying to set-up some reports to see who exactly is converting on our ads and how they are. I'm really struggling to create any kind of meaningful report, so let me know if you were able to discover any tricks in your implementation.

I ran into this same issue late last week and just opened a Support ticket to see if there is something happening on the Marketo end. I'll let you know if I am able to discover a resolution.
