Hey Sanaa,Does your Marketo Sync user have visibility on this field in SFDC? For Enterprise, you can check by going to Setup>Manage Users>Profiles>[Synch User Profile]>Field-Level Security. Check that it's visible for both leads and contacts.
As a custom field, you would be able to load this data from the Marketo side if you needed to(through a list import for example). Once this is done the data can be pulled into sugar via SOAP or pushed from Sugar into the custom field.
