Hi Mike,The Marketo sync will work with developer instances. This is not recommended however, as you cannot subsequently sync it to a new SFDC instance at a later time.

That's correct, Alisa. If the error persists for ay significant length of time, you should probably check trust.salesforce.com to check for outages, however.

That's correct, Dan. I n that code, ref and myReferrer are equivalent, I just chose a more descriptive variable name.
