Re-Import deleted lead - sync with salesforce

Has anyone else gotten the failed: entity is deleted error? I have a person that was deleted by accident out of my salesforce instance.I'm trying to import them back into Marketo.They get created in Marketo but every time I try to sync them back Marketo gives me a sync error:
