Would SFDC Type be considered a 'lookup' field? Would a Segment that has a SFDC Type = Contact filter not necessarily update that sement when a Lead is converted to a Contact, since there is not a Data Value Changed activity, just a Convert Lead activity?
Forms 2.0 can be pre-populated on a non-Marketo LP using a Data Transfer Object. Sample code by Sanford Whiteman for this technique can be found in the Aug 26 NY MUG presentation slides at NYC MUG 2015-08 v2 by sanford.

This concept be valuable with other Activity Log elements that are part of Sales Insight such as Web Activity, Score and Email. The Program Membership Analysis provides similar functionality, but only for program memberships. Perhaps this report type could be called 'Sales Insight Analysis'.

The odd thing is that while Marketo's form will allow an email address like persona@marketo, their email server won't send it, the field on the lead record has a red squiggly line under it and the same happens when you enter it into a report subscription.
