I'm experiencing the same problem. It's not the external URL, bc I have placed all my images using Design studio. No matter how I place them, this happens when I go to edit my emails.

I've done that, but now it's showing the form twice - once from the wordpress widget call, and once from this script. How do I get it to show the form only once?
