Understood. I know this question seems like a ridiculous one. I was looking to better understand the experience - like does Marketo just disable logins? Will data still sync if content is engaged with? Etc.I'll keep researching but plan for what Josh responded.

I needed the laugh with #4 This is helpful. I suggested as part of our DRP that we do #2 and #3 as a best practice. It's hard when you get back "we need to know exactly what this looks like from experience A to Z" when a PO solves it all Kristy

I try to take every angle to see if our instance reacts as expected, salesforce acts like it should, etc. We are testing now and with all 3 activities on in production we are only seeing the 'sales sent email" task. Makes total sense in the "if you must" situation of audit due to an escalation or something along those lines. I was thinking just as a matter of practice for random audits. I now understand a little more why it doesn't work from outlook/gmail. I can explain that back to the business. Thanks guys!

Sanford Whiteman​ this was very helpful and meets our needs. I learned some caveats with it - the BCC feature does not work when using the outlook plugin or gmail extension. Do you happen to know of a solution for that?Happy Friday!
