Justin is correct here.We did this before without thinking about this by using the Not In Program step.

We test our campaigns by either sending a sample email or running a test send within the same campaign to ourself or a select few internal folk.Just make sure that all your smart campaigns are activated (triggers for confirmation emails etc) and you should be able to test your flow's pretty fine.HTH
