Great point Emily. Have to agree 100% that honesty is the best policy. Everyone has made a mistake or two (ask any Champion) and being open about it earns you more respect amongst your peers.

I have one for you. For email banners, do not put the height of the banner (just the width). This will enable the preview pane in Outlook to show more of the email as images (as you know) are blocked by default
You can do the same thing with emails as well
Also as far as I am aware if you do have duplicate email addresses Marketo will send it to the lead record with the most recent activity. There is a small caveat but I can't recall that right now.
