I would need a little more context to this to be able to help. If you could share some screen shots that would be beneficial.

There is a CSS that is changing the height of that section from 7em to 1.7em when the screen drops below 480px.What you need to do is in the header of that page, or in the custom CSS of the form. add this CSS. If you add the code to the form, simply remove This should do it for you.

I have never been incentified by an employer to get certified. Many of my bosses have expressed the value of the certification on an individual level, however when it comes to the company, they do not see a change in value.
