Does anyone know if there is a solution to this now? I was hoping that Marketo would come up with one since the original post from over a year ago.
I have not tried mapping the consent checkbox data. Your account manager should be able to help escalate a case for this with support.
I had the same issue and had to put in a ticket with Marketo. They did say that multiple customers were experiencing the same issue. I had to completely delete the FB integration from Launchpoint services and re-install it. Now, the fields are showing up.
We were going through our FB reporting of lead ad form and realized that many leads are not showing up in Marketo. FB lead export list of leads is much larger that the number of leads in Marketo. I have put a ticket in with Marketo to see what the problem may be but it looks like the API connection ...
When you do it this way, do you capture the email address of the person it's been forwarded to?
I was also able to make our connection work. The ads are performing REALLY well. How has your experience been with Facebook Lead Ad forms?

Thank you for the information. This is the first solution that looks feasible. I just downloaded the free version and will buy the Platinum edition (which is required for MKTO integration) if they have all the functionality that we need.
