Sending sample emails don't count in the communication limits. But if she wants to send a true email as a test then yes, it counts towards the comm limits.

Were your communication limits hit?It could possibly be that your customers have been flagged as marketing suspended if you hit the limits, and in that case, I believe the program will stay in "delivering" until the emails get deli...
