It was set to "manually approve". I figured out the issue and changed it to automatic, which corrected the issue. Thanks for your response.
I did a test import today and the populated fields did not get overwritten with blank fields in my list import. I'm glad that is the case. However I still don't know why the other list was overwritten with null fields. I guess I will need to open a ticket.Thanks for all your help everyone.

Yep, I had one one time frame listed in the smart list and another on the subscription. Seems odd that you can list time frame in two places. I would think the subscription would be only who to send the report and when. Thanks for the suggestion.

At what point does a lead become a member of an email program? Is it upon sending them the email through a campaign within the program? Or is it based off some other action?
