I am afraid there is any other option in this case. You can try disabling the tool and try to do it as I mentioned above. Since all activities have been retained, it should be ok.
You should copy them form embedded code and out that here instead of putting that directly on the website. So if the visitor matches the segment, the form will show up.Regards.Amit

Are you sure all those emails were sent to same email address? Check the "To" header field of these emails once.
