Ok thanks, I'll try to find another solution.
Thanks @SanfordWhiteman, it's a daily batch campaign first that then requests a trigger campaign. I'll give it a go though and see what happens.
I've Googled and read through similar old posts so I think I know the answer to this, but to pose the question anyway: We use the Create Task in Microsoft flow step to notify relationship managers when one of their clients do certain actions. In the task we bring in certain values eg According to Ma...
Thanks @Jasbir_Kaur. We're cloning on top of previously cloned versions. So our monthly newsletter for July for example was a clone of the June asset, which was a clone of the May asset, which was a clone of the April asset and so on. Based on the comments here, it seems like best practice for us wo...
Thanks @jsiebert really helpful. That seems to be our experience - we've been cloning and recloning the same asset for over a year now and the slowness only started being a problem recently, so maybe that's a good idea to start fresh every 12 months.
Thanks @Michael_Florin There's no relationship between parent and clone that I'm aware of, unless someone else knows different. Presumably the same applies when creating fresh new assets, not just when cloning old assets right? We only experience slowness when working in the email a...
We produce a monthly newsletter that uses quite a lot of personalisation tokens and segmentation. We've gotten into the habit of cloning the previous month's asset and updating with new content. However over time we've noticed the email editor getting slower and slower but only for this asset, with ...
@Darshil_Shah1 Updating with what Adobe support have found: The issue appears to be related to time zones. I'm in Australia which is a day ahead of the US. When US daylight savings time recently started, something in how Marketo calculates time zones caused this shift from "the second Thursday" to...
Thanks @Darshil_Shah1 The campaign still shows last modified by me on the date I pushed it live, so I don't have a reason to think someone else made a change. I suspected it might be a bug especially given you can't set the recurrence to say "the day after the second Thursday of every month", it wou...
