Have you created a testing list with each email recipient tied to the segmentation? When previewing remember to chose the Person or List to the segmentations and List when sending sample.

Yes, each stage would be a nurture. The same transition rules moving them to the next stream would add them to the next nurture. I use an exit stream (no content) and change their status to Inactive. Remember to leave people in the nurture to keep their data. Your current framework is good, so there might not be a need for changing direction. Once you have data and see it in action, you'll be better informed on how you might alter it moving forward. There's so many ways of doing something, build to your outcomes and how you'll best be able to report on them.

Overall looks good. I would suggest breaking apart the stages into different nurtures if: you are measuring each stage on different goals you will be testing each stage possibility of the definitions of the stages changes over time Over time, doing the above in one program becomes crowded and messy even when done well. Think of what this will look like 3 years from now. I find building small components that connect are easier to manipulate and change without disrupting the other stages and you can measure success on each stage separately for deeper/easier comparisons.

Without knowing what report or dashboard you are referring it's difficult to answer the question. If you hover over the Clicked Email, it says: People who clicked at least one link in this email. I would also evaluate Podio. Super customizable, has great automations and integrations. We had to move to Workfront and it took months to get close to what was created in Podio and it wasn't nearly as easy to use.

Nice, I'm creating the same thing multiple EN for the different stages. I'm using an empty Stream labeled "Exit" to put people in once they move out of the Engagement Nurture in order to keep the data of their journey as well to not have to worry when we add new content to the stream all the exhausted successful people will get an email. for my flow i'm using 5 steps 1. change engagement stream to new stream: exit 2. change program status: Success 3. change program Success: true 4. add to engagement program: next nurture stream 1 5. change revenue stage: (creating to see flow rate and reporting of cohorts as these are customers)

Couple more questions if you haven't gotten the tests once you followed Grace's suggestions. 1. Are you using the "Test Stream" in the program Actions or running people through a smart campaign? 2. Is the Email From Address and Subject Line input correctly?

Thanks Dan Stevens Because I used Program "is any" all it takes is one program to have "Success = False" to qualify, darn it. Thanks for the reminder and catching that. I used the email filter for time constraint as he was looking for 2 years in past. My thinking is that he could have people in database but no longer actively targeting. Would you suggest another filter? Ramesh V I think with Dan's insight, you'll need to create a Positive Smart list, people who "Success = True" to then add as an exclusion in your main list. This is accurate as you will use the change from status that aren't success to ones that are plus the date of activity. Then in your target list you'll just use "is not" the above smart list. I'm also using the "Not Program Status was Changed" with the same filters I used in the Positive smart list. I've added some other exclusions like email invalid... as a reminder to clean up the list.

Hi Ramesh, Using these two filters you should be able to configure to your specific programs. This only works if you created smart campaigns to update the Program Status and that equals Success.

I've used knak. | Responsive Marketo & Eloqua Email and Landing Page Templates before creating a newsletter in a couple of hours from scratch without html coding. The design would have taken a full week or more to create and qa. Also Pierce Ujjainwalla and his company have the best customer support around. Etumos also has assets available. I found their landing page Responsive Marketo Landing Page Templates V2 and know they also have email templates too, which you can configure pretty much into any design using the modules. Might just reach out to them and see.
