Email bounce, then opened?

Has anyone had any instances where an email has bounced, the status hasn't changed to delivered, but then has been marked as opened? I am intrigued to know how this may be the case. Thank you!

By the authorsation I mean this as a security measure, so if someone were to fill out the form that shouldn't do so. I'd be able to stop the email from being sent, and would get eyes on anyone filling out the form.

Sorry, my bad. You are correct, it is set up to send alert. Would this be the setting to allow multiple times? I am assuming that because 'only once' is selected, this is the reason it's happening?

Thank you for your response @SanfordWhiteman Our smart list is currently set to trigger an email once "Fills out form" and the flow is to send us an email. So it seems as if this is set up correctly?
